When should I expect my order?

Depending on when your order is filled, you should expect your order about 1-3 business days after the date of filling. You will be sent an email update by the courier as the status is updated.

Can I return items I don't want?

Unfortunately, no. Due to health and safety reasons, JAMILA Cosmetics cannot accept any returns unless the client received the wrong product. International orders are not eligible for any returns whatsoever.

What if I order something on "backorder"?

Please keep in mind that “backorder” products can take anywhere from 2-6 months to be completed. They can happen a few days after the order is placed or 6 months later! As we do not have a large warehouse facility at this moment, we have to accommodate – first come first serve. Haute Arabia orders are NOT permitted to be placed as backorders. If we anticipate the lead times being greater than 6 months, you will be contacted to discuss further options.

I received a different shade than I ordered!

Due to our constant changing inventory, we reserve the right to substitute shades of the same category product in the event of 0 stock of the ordered shade. “Backorder” status items do not receive automatic substitutions unless we are notified by the client via email.

Do you have a store I could visit?

Located at 1806 Rt 35 South, Suite 112 in Ocean Township, NJ, 07712, we are proud to announce the inception of the JAMILA Skincare Studio. The facility is by appointment only, walk-ins are NOT available. Only Female clients are able to be tended to.

Where can I buy JAMILA?

We are currently working on getting our products into the mass market, but for now you can order here on Jamila.co ; please keep in mind that international orders may be subject to a tariff/tax imposed by your postal system.
